The general objective of this master’s program is to train professionals with solid knowledge of strategic supply chain management, capable of planning, leading, and controlling procurement, manufacturing, and distribution operations to ensure the sustainable production of goods and services within the organization.

- Develop key competencies throughout the program, including critical analysis, creative decision-making, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork with a focus on leadership and ethics.
- Apply leadership skills in team management, task delegation, motivation, and conflict resolution with an ethical approach within the professional field.
- Efficiently plan the management of the organization’s operations to meet good manufacturing practices objectives.
- Properly apply operations research tools to solve production-related problems within the organization.
- Use financial and budgeting tools to manage the organization’s operations.
- Plan the use of production tools to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Apply supply chain management knowledge and tools for the design and ex-ante evaluation of projects, using research tools appropriately.
